高频部分液体通气对吸入性损伤犬血液动力学影响的实践研究

摘    要:目的 观察高频喷射通气结合小剂量氟碳 (3mL/kg)液体通气对吸入性损伤犬的血流动力学影响。方法 将16条犬经蒸气吸入造成吸入性损伤模型 ,并随机分为两组 ,即对照组和治疗组。两组动物致伤后均行高频喷射通气 ,但治疗组动物同时经气管导管将氟碳液体 (3mL/kg)缓慢注入肺内 ,在 90min内测定血流动力学指标。结果 治疗组动物的心率(HR)、平均动脉压 (PAP)、肺动脉嵌压 (PAWP)、心输出量 (CO)及每搏量 (SV)与伤后比较无统计意义 (P >0 0 5 ) ,但PAP在通气治疗 6 0、90min后与伤后比较略有升高 (P <0 0 5 ) ,HR、MAP、PAP、PAWP、CO及SV与对照组比较无统计意义 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 高频喷射通气合并小剂量氟碳 (3mL/kg)部分液体通气对吸入性损伤犬的血流动力学的主要参数无不利影响。

Abstract:Objective To study high frequency jet ventilation combined with perfluorcarbon partial liquid ventilation on hemodynamic effect of inhalation injury. Methods 16 dogs with inhalation injury from steam were divided into control group and treatment group at random. Both groups were given high frequency jet ventilation after injury, and treatment group were simulataneously injected with perfluorocarbon liquid(3 mL/kg) into lungs slowly. Hemodynamics were examined at different time sited within 90 minutes. Results There is no statistical significance in hemodynamics between two group. Conclusion High frequency jet ventilation combined with low volume perfluorocarbon(3 mL/kg) liquid ventilation do not has adverse hemodynamic effect.
