原发性肝癌与乙、丙、TTV型肝炎病毒感染关系探讨

目的 :为了解郑州地区原发性肝癌 (HCC)发生与乙、丙、TTV型肝炎病毒感染的关系。方法 :对 5 3例HCC患者血清HBV、HCV及TTV标志进行检测 ,并与 68名健康对照的检测结果进行比较。结果 :在 5 3例原发性肝癌中 ,乙肝病毒感染为 77.4% (4 1/ 5 3 ) ,TTV、HCV及HBV与HCV重叠感染分别为 7.5 5 %、3 .77%和5 66%。结论 :乙型肝炎病毒感染与肝癌发生密切相关。在原发性肝癌中乙型肝炎病毒感染率与TTV、HCV及HBVHCV重叠感染之间有显著性差异。肝癌患者的病毒性肝炎感染率尤其是乙肝病毒感染率显著高于对照组

The study of the relationship between the primary carcinoma of liver and hepatitis B,C and TTV

Objective: To understand the relationship between the primary carcinoma of liver and hepatitis B,C and TTV in the area of Zhengzhou.Methods: Tests were carried out on the serological indicator of HBV,HCV and TTV from 53 cases of primary carcinoma of liver.The result was compared with that of 68 cases of health control.Results: It showed that 77 4% of the cases of primary carcinoma of liver were infected by hepatitis B while they were also repeatedly infected by TTV (7 55%),HCV(3 77%),HBV and HCV(5.66%).The result indicated that the occurrence of the primary carcinoma of liver was highly associated with the infection of virus of hepatitis B.Conclusion: In the cases of primary carcinoma of liver,the infection rate of hepatitis B was remarkably different from the infection rates of TTV,HCV,HBV and HCV.The infection rates of viruses especially hepatitis B in the cases of primary carcinoma of liver were significantly higher than that of the control group.
