| 摘 要： | 目的提高非特异性输尿管炎诊治水平.方法对16例非特异性输尿管炎的临床资料进行回顾分析.结果7例行病变输尿管切除及输尿管成形术;9例行输尿管镜检查、活检,其中5例置入双J管、同时做输尿管镜气囊扩张治疗1例,另4例行输尿管镜电灼术.术后随访15例,随访1～12 a,肾积水消失5例,减轻9例,无变化1例,未发现复发及癌变.结论对可疑非特异性输尿管炎患者应行病理检查,切忌盲目行输尿管切除术.

| Abstract: | Objective] To improve the level of non- specific ureteritis treatment, Methods] Retrospective analysis was made on the clinical data of 16 cases of non - specific ureteritis. Results]Follow - up survey was carried out for 1 to 12 years on 15 cases after operation. 5 cases were found free from hydronephrosis, 9 cases were released, and 1 case was found with no changes. No relapse and canceration were found. Conclusion] Pathological examinations are suggested for the suspected non- specific ureteritis patients, ureterectomy should be the last choice. |
