| 摘 要： | 目的观察多磺酸粘多糖乳糖(喜辽妥乳膏)外涂治疗静脉炎的疗效。方法将68例静脉炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。喜辽妥乳膏外涂为治疗组,50%硫酸镁湿热敷为对照组,并进行疗效对比观察。结果治疗组总有效率为91.2%对照组总有效率为55.9%,2组比较,差别有显著统计学意义(p<0.01)。结论喜辽妥乳膏外涂治疗静脉炎疗效显著,且操作简便易于观察。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the curative effect of outside spreading with Mucopolysaccharide Polysulfate(MPS) cream on phlebitis.Methods 68 patients with phlebitis were randomly divided into the therapeutic group and the control group.The patients of the therapeutic group were treated by outside spreading with MPS cream,the patients of the control group were treated by moisture applying with the 50% Magnesium Sulfate.Results The total curative effect of the therapeutic group was 91.2%,and the curative effect of the control group was 55.9%.There was statistically significant difference between the two groups(p<0.01).Conclusion Outside spreading with MPS cream has obvious effect on phlebitis,and the operation is easy and prone to observe. |
