鼻窦冲洗法在鼻腔手术后的应用

目的探讨鼻窦冲洗在鼻腔手术后的应用。方法 126例鼻腔手术后患者随机分为治疗组与对照组。治疗组61例鼻腔术后行鼻窦冲洗和输液抗炎治疗。对照组65例仅行输液抗炎治疗,随后2个月比较两组疗效。结果治疗组缩短了临床疗程,提高了1级治愈率。结论鼻腔手术后进行鼻窦冲洗有利于术腔内的清洁,减少了术腔结痂,缩短了临床疗程,提高了1级治愈率。

Application of Nasal Sinuses Irrigation after Nasal Surgery

Objective Inquire into application of nasal sinuses irrigation after nasal endoscopic surgery.Methods 126 patients who had nasal endoscopic surgery were divided into treatment group or control group.The 61 patients in treatment group were treated by nasal sinuses irrigation and anti-inflammatory infusion after operation.The other 65 patients were just treated by infusion anti-inflammatory therapy.Two months later,the curative effect of two groups was compared.Results the clinical treatment course of treatment group was shorted,and cure rate was improved a level.Conclusion nasal sinuses irrigation after nasal surgery is beneficial to clean in the surgery cavity,and can decrease incrustation of the surgery cavity,shorten the clinical treatment course and improve the cure rate by a level.
