早期康复训练对膝关节周围骨折术后功能恢复的影响

①目的 探讨膝关节骨折术后早期康复训练对膝关节骨折术后功能恢复效果的影响.②方法 根据康复介入的时间将79例膝关节周围骨折术后患者随机分成观察组（39例）和对照组（40例）.观察组在术后即开展早期康复训练,包括心理康复、主动功能锻炼及被动功能锻炼等综合康复治疗.对照组在术后3周后按传统康复方法治疗.所有患者均进行Lysholm膝关节评分和膝关节活动范围测量.③结果 观察组膝关节功能恢复明显优于对照组,两组对比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）.④结论 膝关节周围骨折术后早期实施康复训练措施有利于膝关节功能恢复.

Effects of early rehabilitation on functional recovery after operation of bone fractures around the knee joint

Objective To investigate the effect of early rehabilitation treatment on functional recovery after operation of bone fractures around tile knee joint. Methods According to the intervention time of rehabilitation, 79 cases were randomly divided into two groups：test groups （39 cases） and control groups （40 cases）. The test group was treated with early rehabilitation after opera- tion, including psychological treatment, active function exercise and passive function exercise. The control group was treated by tlle conventional methods in 3rd week after operation. Motion range of knee joint before and after rehabilitation was measured, and the knee joint function was evaluated by Lysholm standard. Results Function rehabilitation of the knee joint in the test group after treat- ment was markedly better than that in the control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conchusion The early rehabilitation after operation of bone fractures around the knee joint may lead to a better joint function.
