畸形子宫早孕行人工流产术的临床分析(附病例52例)

目的探讨畸形子宫早孕人流术中存在的问题及相应的处理措施。方法回顾性分析52例畸形子宫早孕人工流产术的临床资料。结果人工流产一次性成功率86.53%,漏吸率9.62%,穿孔率7.69%,人流不全13.80%。结论畸形子宫早孕行人流术,使漏吸穿孔人流不全等损伤性并发症发生率大大增加。术前详细询问病史,仔细妇科检查,必要时宫腔探测,术后仔细检查刮出物对降低并发症有意义。B超检查对于确定畸形子宫类型及监护手术具有很大作用。

Clinical analysis of induced abortion of abnormal uterus

[Objective] To discuss the problem exsited in the induced abortion of abnormal uterus and the treatment measure. [Methods] 52 cases of abnormal uterus with early pregnant in the induced abortion were retrospectively reviewed. [Results] The induced abortion had a successful rate of 86.53%, leaky rate of 9.62%, perforated rate of 7.69%, and the induced abortion incompletely had a occurrence rate of 13.40%. [Conclusion] The complications in the induced abortion of abnormal uterus increased greatly. It may be significant to reduce complication by detailed inquiring disease history, providing careful gynecology checks, detecting cavity of uterus before operation and carefully checking the content scraped after operation.
