摘 要: | 目的:建立金氏肾炎丸(金银花、黄柏)中绿原酸的高效液相色谱含量测定方法。方法:样品用50%甲醇超声提取,过滤,取续滤液,采用RP—HPLC法测定。用Symmetry shield C18(3.9×150mm,5μm)分析柱,柱温:25℃;流动相:乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(10:90);流速:1.0mL/min;检测波长:327nm;进样量10μL。结果:绿原酸进样量在8.0μg/mL~40.0μg/mL之间线性关系良好,r=0.9992(n=5),平均回收率为99.3%,RSD=1.41%(n=6)。结论:用该法测定金氏肾炎丸中绿原酸的含量,操作简单、重复性好、精密度高。

Abstract: | Objective: To establish HPLC method for the determination of Chlorogenic acid in Jinshishenyan pills (Flos Lonicerae Japonicae, Cortex Phellodendri Chinensis). Methods: The sample was extracted with 50% methanol through supersonic wave and then filtered. The determination was performed by HPLC on Symmetry shield Cls column (3.9 × 150mm, 5μm) , mobile phase was acetonitrile-0. 4% phosphoric acid (10: 90), the dectection wavelength was 327nm, flow rate was 1.0mL/min and column temperature was 25℃. Result: There was good linearity in the range of 8. 0μg/mL -40. 0μg/mL, r =0. 9992 (n =5); The average recovery of Chlorogenic acid was 99. 3%, RSD was 1.41% (n =6) o Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and can be used for the quality control of Jinshishenyan pills. |
