补肾排石中药制剂对大鼠生化指标作用的实验研究

摘    要:目的:研究补肾排石中药制剂对大鼠长期毒性作用。方法:80只大鼠随机分为高、中、低剂量组和阴性对照组。各剂量组动物分别灌胃给予补肾排石中药制剂36g/kg、80.5g/kg、180g/kg,阴性对照组给予等体积NS,每天一次,连续30d。给药后,观察大鼠的生化指标等方面的变化;停药14d后再次检查上述指标,以观察是否存在异常。结果:补肾排石中药制荆各剂量组动物生化指标等检查与阴性对照组比较,组间无明显差异;停药14d后,各项检查均正常。结论:大鼠反复给予补肾排石中药制剂未见明显慢性毒性反应及延迟毒性反应。

STUDY ON THE BIOCHEMICAL INDICATOR OF PAISHI SOUP TO RATS

Abstract:Objective:To observe the long -term toxicity of Paishi Soup in rats. Methods:80 rats were randomly divided into high dose group, middle dose group, low dose group and control group, respectively. Each drug taked group was administered intragastically at Paishi Soup with the dose of 36g/kg, 80. 5g/kg and 180g/kg everyday for 30 days. Control group was given same bulk of NS. The body weight, food intake, general behavior and the Biochemical indicator , and also these changes after 2 weeks of delivery withdrawal were monitored. Results:There were nor evident effects on the the Biochemical indicator compared to those of control group, and and neither abnormab detection after of 2 weeks delivery withdrawal. Conclusion: Paishi Soup had no obvious chronic and delayed toxicity on rats after repeated dosing.
