几种消毒剂在鼠疫实验室的应用研究

摘    要:为筛选适合鼠疫实验室应用的化学消毒剂,采用载体和悬液定性试验对8种化学消毒剂,分别进行杀灭鼠疫杆菌效果测定,并进行了实际应用研究。结果,所试验的各种消毒剂对载体上和悬液内鼠疫杆菌均有较好的杀灭作用。用1 000mg/L以下含氯消毒剂和过氧化物类消毒剂可作为生物实验室防护服装消毒和污染器材的消毒。2 000mg/L以上浓度可用于含菌平皿等污染物品消毒。所有消毒剂对动物脏器内鼠疫杆菌杀灭效果均不好。

Abstract:In order to screen the chemical disinfectants suitable for use in plague laboratory, carrier and suspension qualitative tests were used to measure the efficacy of 8 chemical disinfectants in killing Pasteurella pestis and actual applied study was also carried out. The results showed that all the disinfectants tested had good efficacy in killing P. pestis on carrier and in suspension. The disinfectants of peroxide group and chlorine-containing disinfectants at concentrations below 1000 mg / L could be used for disinfection of protective clothing and contaminated appliances in biological laboratory. The disinfectants at concentrations above 2000 mg/ L could be used for disinfection of contaminated objects such as dishes containing bacteria. No good efficacy was obtained for all disinfectants in killing P. pestis in viscera of animals.
