| 摘 要： | 知情同意的实施越来越广泛,并已在医疗实践中发挥着重要的作用。精神科作为一个特殊的医学专业,在实施知情同意时有许多特殊问题。从精神科病人,知情同意主体,精神病人知情同意能力,精神科实施知情同意范围及精神科知情同意书等几方面的特殊性,总结了精神科在实施知情同意过程中的特殊性问题。 |

| Abstract: | Informed consent is playing an increasingly significant role in medical practice through its widening application.As a specific branch of clinical medical,psychiatry confronts various special problems in the application process of informed consent which are summarized in this article from the following aspects: specificity of psychotics,objects of informed consent,the patients' ability of informed consent as a receptor,the extent of informed consent in department of psychiatry and informed consent of psychiatry. |
