| 摘 要： | 目的探讨儿童青少年血压升高的影响因素,为制定儿童青少年高血压预防控制措施提供参考依据。方法以江苏省宿迁地区2~15岁年龄组儿童青少年为研究对象,根据收缩压和舒张压分布按年龄组分别定义血压升高组和血压正常对照组进行分析。以问卷结合体格检查的形式,询问调查对象家长获得高血压家族史、饮食习惯、行为方式等相关因素并测定身高、体重、血糖(Glu)和甘油三酯(TG)等指标。结果单因素分析结果显示,性别、居住地、超重、高出生体重、高血压家族史、血糖异常与儿童青少年血压升高存在明显关联(P0.05);而TG异常、母亲怀孕时患妊高症、低出生体重和交通方式与血压升高差异无统计学意义(P0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析表明,高血压家族史、超重和生活在城市与儿童青少年血压升高密切相关。结论超重、高血压家族史、血糖异常是儿童青少年血压升高的重要危险因素。 |
