氯胺酮滥用者认知功能障碍的临床研究

目的：探讨氯胺酮滥用者认知功能损害状况及其影响因素。方法：回顾性地分析46例住院患者的临床资料，并对韦氏记忆测验的记忆商洲Q）和韦氏成人智力测验的智商（100水平与31名正常对照组进行比较。结果：氯胺酮滥用者的MQ平均为85．4±8．4，总智商（FIQ）为8514±9．0，均显著低于对照组。滥用者MQ在临界及以下水平者为47．8％，FIQ在临界及以下水平者占43．5％。滥用者MQ异常组年龄平均21．9±3．8岁，显著小于RQ正常组。结论：氯胺酮滥用者存在明显的认知功能损害，年龄较小者的MQ易受损害。

The clinical study on cognitive impairment of ketamine abuser

Objective：To explore the cognitive status of ketamine abusers and its relative factots. Methods： The clinical data of 46 inpatients with ketamine user were analyzed retrospectively, and memory and intelligence stares of 31 normal controls were assessed using the Wechsler Memory Scale （WMS） and Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale（WAIS）,the memory quotient（MQ） and intelligence quotient（IQ） were compared between two groups. Results： MQ and full intelligence quotient（FIQ） about the ketamine abusers were averagely 85.4 ± 8.4 and 85.4 ±9.0 respectively, Compared with normal controls, MQ and FIQ of the patients were significantly lower. The rate of ketamine abusers of MQ and FIQ lowing 85 were respectively 47.8% and 43.5%.Mean age of abusers about abnormal MQ was 21.9 ±3.8 years, it was younger significantly than that of abusers of normal MQ. Conclusion： Patients with ketamine use have notably cognitive impairment, and MQ is impaired easier for younger abusers.
