泛昔洛韦与阿昔洛韦治疗老年带状疱疹疗效比较

目的：比较泛昔洛韦(FCV)与阿昔洛韦(ACV)治疗老年带状疱疹(HZ)的疗效。方法：应用开放、随机、平行对照的临床试验。患口服泛昔洛韦250mg，每日2次，共14天或静滴阿昔洛韦250mg，每日3次，共5天，改口服阿昔洛韦0．2，每日5次至14天。结果：两组在止疱时间、皮损愈合时间、疼痛开始缓解时间、疗后疼痛积分及后遗神经痛比率方面均无明显差异。7、14、21天治愈率、显效率比较差异无显性。未见明显不良反应。结论：口服泛昔洛韦250mg，每日2次与静滴及口服阿昔洛韦治疗老年带状疱疹同样有效、安全。

Investigation on Famciclovir vs Acyclovir in Treatment of Elderly Patients with Herpes Zoster

Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of famciclovir vs acyclovir in treatment of elderly patients with herpes zoster. Methods:An open, randomized, parallel designed clinical study was conducted. Patients started with taking orally 250 mg of famcyclovir twice daily for 14 days or intravenous acyclovir 250 mg 3 times daily for 5 days, then took ACV 200 mg 5 times orally daily for 9 days. Results:There were no significant difference between the 2 groups in the cessation time of skin lesion, the lesion mean healing time, the releasing time of pain and the pain scores after treatment as well as the post herpetic neuralgia rate. No difference was found in the cure rate, significantly effective rate on day 7, 14, 21 between the 2 groups. No serious side effects were detected in both groups. Conclusion:Oral FCV 250 mg twice daily is as effective and safe as that of ACV intravenously and orally in treatment of elderly patients with HZ.
