乳腺癌不同切除方法与腋窝淋巴结清扫状况分析

目的探讨乳腺癌不同切除方法与腋窝淋巴结清扫情况、术后并发症的关系。方法2006年3月至2008年2月采用常规（Ⅰ式）及劈开胸大肌（Ⅱ式）两种不同改良根治术切除乳腺癌各68例，术后对淋巴结清扫情况、术后并发症进行比较研究。结果两组在腋窝Ⅲ级水平转移淋巴结的清扫及术后出现患侧上肢肿胀上均有显著性差异：上肢肿胀情况经治疗后可早期消失。结论Ⅱ式手术方式能清扫更多腋窝Ⅲ级水平转移淋巴结，有利于改善患者预后；且其术后并发症可经治疗改善。

The analysis of status of axillary lymph node dissection with different techniques to dissect the breast cancer

Objective To study the status of anxillary lymph node dissection and post-operative complications with different techniques to dissect the breast cancer. Moth-ods Between Mar. 2006 and Feb. 2008, 136 patients with breast cancer were randomly divided into two equal groups. In the A group, the patients were operated with type Ⅰ method and in the latter they were operated with type Ⅱ method. The status of anxillary lymph node dissection and post-operative complications were compared. Results There are significant differences in grade Ⅲ anxillary lymph node dissection and swollen limbs in two groups. The operative complication was disappear quickly after treatment. Conclusion Type Ⅱ method could clean more grade Ⅲ anxillary lymph nodes compare with type Ⅰ and it might improve the patient's prognosis.
