| 摘 要： | 目的探讨64排螺旋CT对胸部创伤的诊断价值。方法37例胸部创伤病人急诊行螺旋CT和胸部X片检查,分析CT和胸部X片表现。结果螺旋CT对于骨折(肋骨、胸骨、锁骨、肩胛骨、胸椎)和肺及胸膜腔损伤(肺挫伤、血气胸、支气管、纵隔、横膈损伤等)诊断阳性率高于X片,对于损伤的部位及程度均能清晰显示。结论64排螺旋CT及三维重建后可清晰显示胸部损伤的细节特征,是快速准确地确定胸部创伤的重要方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of 64 slice spiral CT scanning in patients with acute thoracic trauma.Methods The CT and X-ray findings of acute thoracic trauma were analyzed in 37 cases.Results 64 slice spiral CT is more accuracy for fractures (rib,breast bone,collarbone,scapula,vertebrae and so on)and chest complications(hemopneumothorax,pulmonary contusion,bronchi injury,mediastinum and disphragmatic injury and so on)than chest plain films.CT could demonstrate the sit and characteristics of injure.Conclusion MSCT scans can demonstrate clearly the injuries of lung with three dimensional reconstruction and plays an important role in the diagnosis of chest trauma. |
