不同年龄肺部疾病患者结核菌素试验结果分析

目的探讨结核菌素试验结果高峰期的判定。方法对381例肺部疾病住院患者均进行结核菌素试验,分别在12 h、24 h4、8 h、60 h、72 h8、4 h、96 h各时间段检测,按国际标准以最大横径值判定高峰期。结果显示有反应者320例,其中青年组102例;中年组112例;老年组106例;根据各时间段高峰期的表现情况,青年组与中年组48 h前出现高峰者分别占80%和78%。老年组48 h前出现高峰期者33%,组间比较有显著性差异（P〈0.01）。结论结核菌素试验结果高峰期判断应根据不同年龄进行。如果在此时进行结果测定,则结果相对准确,可为医生提供相对可靠值。

Discussion and analysis of the experimental results of Tuberculin test for patients with lung disease at different age group

Objective To define the peak period of experimental result for tuberculin test.
