YDL-30型野战多功能生产口服液联动机的研制

该机主要由药瓶自动传送器、冲洗器，吹干器，灌药器，上盖器，封口器与联动传动机构组成。采用电气与机构控制技术，自动控制压缩空气，注射用水与药液，使药瓶的自动传送，冲洗，吹干，灌药，上盖，封口等在一整机上联动运行，节省了设备，缩短了流程，避免了污染，提高了药剂质量，是医院制剂室在野战条件下或平时生产口服液的理想设备。

Development of YDL-30 field multifunctional combined operating machine used to produce the oral solution

The machine introduced in this paper is mainly composed of an automatic deliverer for ampoules,a rinser,a blow dryer,a perfusion device,a topper,a sealer and a set of gearing.Ap-plying the technologies of electrical and mechanical control to automatically managing the com-pressed air,water for injection and drug solution,the machine integrates several functions includ-ing automatic delivery,rinse,blow drying,perfusion,topping and sealing of ampoules.The devices saved,the process shortened,the contamination avoided and the product quality improved,the machine is an ideal equipment for preparing the oral solution in the hospital pharmacy either in peacetime or wartime.
