青少年学生的隐性斜视对立体视觉的影响

目的:分析研究探讨青少年学生的隐性斜视对立体视觉的关系或影响。方法:对年龄15～21岁893例学生采用隐斜仪(马氏杆旋转三棱镜)测定远、近隐斜视度,采用"立体视觉检查图"测定立体视觉,包括立体视锐度、交叉视差、非交叉视差。分析屈光正常学生中,立体视觉正常与异常者的隐斜视度均值有无差异,分别研究看远、看近时呈内隐斜或外隐斜者的隐斜视度与立体视觉的相关关系。结果:屈光正常学生中,立体视锐度、交叉视差、非交叉视差异常的学生,看远、看近时内、外隐斜视度均值均比立体视锐度、交叉视差、非交叉视差正常的学生高,且均有非常显著的差异。不论看远、看近时的隐斜,也不论内隐斜或外隐斜,隐斜视度与立体视锐度均呈现正相关,与交叉视差、非交叉视差均呈现负相关;相关系数绝对值:看近时的隐斜视度与立体视锐度相关系数内隐斜高于外隐斜,其余相关系数均内隐斜低于外隐斜。结论:青少年学生的隐性斜视同立体视觉关系密切,隐斜视度增大时,对立体视觉的影响是:立体视锐度增大,立体视范围缩小。

Influence of recessive strabismus on stereovision in students of teenagers

·AIM:To analyze the influence of recessive strabismus on stereovision in students of teenagers.·METHODS:Eight hundred and ninety-three students aged 15-21 years were measured far and near heterophoria degrees by phorometer(Ma pole rotating prism),and three-dimensional vision including stereoacuity,cross-parallax,non-cross-parallax by "three-dimensional visual inspection map".The difference of means of heterophoria degrees in emmetropic students was analyzed,so was the relationship between heterophoria degree and stereovision.·RESULTS:For the emmetropic students whose stereoacuity,cross-parallax and non-cross-parallax were unusual,the mean of heterophoria degrees were greater than that in students with normal stereoacuity,cross-parallax and non-cross-parallax,and the difference was significant.Heterophoria degree showed positive correlation with stereovision,and negative correlation with cross-parallax and non-cross-parallax.The Absolute value of correlation coefficient:esophoria correlation coefficient of heterophoria degree and stereovision was higher than that of exophoria.Other relevant coefficients of esophoria were lower than those of exophoria.·CONCLUSION:Recessive strabismus seems to be closely related to stereovision in students of teenagers.With the increase of heterophoria degree,stereoscopic vision increases too,but stereopsis scope decreases.·
