支原体液体培养及阳性结果分析

摘    要:目的]观察支原体液体培养澄清、微混、混浊3种情况下的阳性结果,为提高临床泌尿生殖道支原体感染实验室诊断的准确性提供依据。方法]采用培养和形态学方法对320例标本进行支原体和细菌、真菌检测。结果]320份标本经液体培养后有114例阳性,澄清者占61例,其中59例支原体固体培养基长出支原体,检出率97%;微混者占18例,全部长出支原体;混浊者占35例,其中7例长出支原体,检出率20%。结论]商品化支原体液体试剂培养结果与固体培养平板培养结果比较,符合率不很理想,临床检测时,除选用支原体液体培养鉴定试剂外,建议另加做支原体固体培养。

Abstract: Objective ] Observe the positive result of liquid cultivation for mycoplasma in three condition- clear, slightly turbid and turbid, in order to provide the evidence for elevating the diagnostic of clinically genitourinary tract mycoplasma infection in laboratory. Methods ] We used the cultivation and the morphology methods to detect mycoplama, bacterium and fungi in 320 specimens. Results ] In 114 positive of liquid cultivation, the clear liquid specimens were 61, in which, 59 specimens grew mycoplasma on agar medium and the detection rate was 41%. 37 specimens grew mycoplasma on agar medium. The detection rate was 97%. The slightly turbid liquid were 18 that all grew mycoplasma on agar medium, and the turbid liquid specimens were 35 which 7 specimens grew mycoplasma on agar medium and the detection rate was 20%. Conclusion ] Comparing the results of commercially liquid cultivation method with the result of agar cultivation method, there is not an ideal uniformity. So we suggest we should add agar medium method to identify the mycoplasma when we only use liquid kit method to identify the mycoplasma.
