白内障表面麻醉下无缝线小切口人工晶体植入术在复明工程中的应用

目的:了解基层医院开展表麻下小切口无缝线白内障手术在复明工程中的应用效果。方法:2007年7月为复明工程收治白内障患者共计200例(200眼)为治疗组,施行表麻下小切口白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶体植入术,其中联合人工晶体植入者198例(198眼)。结果:本组病人随访,术后1周,矫正视力≥0.5者171眼,占85.5%;≤0.5者29眼,占14.5%。后囊膜破裂玻璃体溢出4眼(2%),明显角膜基质水肿19眼(9.5%),暂时性高眼压2眼(1%),前房出血2眼(1%),未见有严重并发症。结论:在基层医院完全可开展表麻下小切口无缝线现代白内障手术,达到治盲目的。

Application of non-phacoemulsification small incision cataract extraction with topical anesthesia in intraocular lens implantation

Objective:To evaluate the effects of applying non-phacoemulsification small incision cataract extraction with topical anesthesia for "Sight Restoration" in community hospital.Methods:200 patients with cataract(200 eyes) were recruited in the Sight Restoration Project as candidates(treatment group)in July 2007.198 cases(198 eyes) received non-phacoemulsification small incision cataract extraction with intraocular lens implantation under topical anesthesia.Results:The follow-up of the patients after one week of the operation suggested that 85.5% of the cases(171 eyes) recovered with corrected visual acuity(≥0.5) and only 14.5%(29 eyes) was ≤0.5.Certain cases complicated with posterior capsular rupture(4 eyes,2% of total),corneal endothelial edema(19 eyes,9.5% of total),temporary hyper-intraocular pressure(2 eyes,1% of total) and hyphema(2eys,1% of the total).Conclusion: Non-phacoemulsification small incision cataract extraction with intraocular lens under topical anesthesia is favorable in community hospital.
