《内经》“治未病”思想在慢性肾脏病防治中的意义

慢性肾脏病(CKD)是临床常见多发病,也是严重危害人类健康的重要疾病,对其早期防治意义重大。《内经》中"治未病"的实质包括未病先防、将病防发;既病防变及早期诊治。概而言之,就是预防疾病的发生和发展,防患于未然。即未病之前,防止疾病的发生,已病之后,防止疾病的传变及早期诊治以防止疾病转深转重。强调以"预防为主"。分别从未病先防、将病防发;既病防变及早期诊治几个方面来论述《内经》中"治未病"思想在慢性肾脏病防治中的指导意义。

Significance of Ideology of "Treating the Undiseased " in Internal Medicine to Prevention and Treatment of Chronic Kidney Disease

Chronic kidney disease(CKD) is a common clinical multiple morbid,but also an important disease which seriously endangers human health.It is really significant to the early prevention of CKD.The rule of " Treating the Undiseased " in Internal Medicine includes prevention before disease occurs,stops the disease's occurrence;prevention of contagion when disease has existed,early diagnose and treatment.To sum up,prevention of the occurrence and development of diseases,prevention of the will.That is before the disease to prevent the occurrence of disease,after the disease to prevent the contagion of disease,and to give early diagnosis and treatment in order to prevent disease to deep-turn.It is emphasis on the "prevention first." This paper tries to the guiding significance that to use the ideology of " Treating the Undiseased " in Internal Medicine to the prevention and treatment of CKD from the aspects of prevention before disease occurs,stop the disease's occurrence;prevention of contagion when disease has existed,early diagnose and treatment.
