| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨新生儿先天性膈疝（congenital diaphragmatic hernia CDH）的诊治。方法：回顾性分析我院1999年1月～2008年11月收治的11例CDH的临床资料。结果：新生儿CDH好发于膈肌左侧,气促、呼吸困难、胸部闻及肠鸣音为最常见临床症状。X线片多可见纵隔移位、胸腔内有不规则充气的肠袢影或胃泡影、患侧肋膈角消失及膈面不清。结论：CDH虽然临床表现多样化,但往往具有一些典型临床表现,胸部X线片检查、胃肠道造影有助于本病诊断。新生儿CDH的死亡率较高,加强产前诊断及妇产科、新生儿内、外科的合作,可以提高患儿的存活率。早期诊断、术前综合诊治是提高存活率的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective:To summarize the experience in diagnosis and treatment of congenital diaphragmatic hernia(CDH)in neonates.Methods:From Jan.1999 to Nov.2008,the clinical data of 11 cases of CDH were collected.Results:The CDH in neonates was common in left of diaphragma.The common clinical symptoms had tachypnea,dyspnea and borborygmus in chest.X-ray examination appeared shift in diaphragma,abnormal ansa intestinalis shadow and gastriole shadow in thoracic cavity,disappeared costo-phrenic angle and indistincted dia... |
