浅析护理干预对新生儿足跟血采集及新生儿疼痛的影响

目的:探讨护理干预对新生儿足跟血采集及新生儿疼痛的影响。方法:将我科2008年6～12月出生的足月正常新生儿100例随机分为干预组和对照组各50例,干预组给予新生儿充分哺乳后0.5～1.5 h内于温水足浴3 m in,水温38～40℃,足部按摩、适当挤压小腿后采集足跟血,对照组不予干预,常规采血。比较两组一针采血的成功率和新生儿的疼痛程度。结果:干预组一针采血的成功率明显高于对照组(P0.01),新生儿疼痛的程度低于对照组(P0.01),两组比较有统计学意义。结论:新生儿在充分哺乳后0.5～1.5 h内给予足浴,足底按摩5次后采血效果好,一针采血成功率高,新生儿疼痛程度低,同时也提高了家长对护理的满意度。

Influence of nursing interventions on the heel blood collection and the pain during the collection in neonates

Objective：To discuss the effect of nursing interventions on the heel blood collection and the pain during the collection in neonates. Mctheds：100 neonates were divided into the control group and the intervention group at random from June to December 2008,50 cases in each group. The intervention group were given interventions such as suckled fully , lavipeditum for three minutes, heel massaged for five times . The control group were given routine blood collection. To observe the success of blood collection , the difference of pain. Results ： The success rate of blood collection one time in intervention group was higher than in contro! group, and the pain level was loner than in control group, there was remearkable sense between two groups（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ：The nursing interventions can improve the success rate and reduce the pain and also improve nursing satisfaction.
