| 摘 要： | 目的 分析广州市海珠区1997—2001年新登记肺结核资料，评价该区5年肺结核新登记工作。方法 收集1997—2001年广州市海珠区结核病登记病例资料，并进行统计学分析。结果 1997～2001年，全区新登记肺结核2915例，平均年活动性肺结核新登记率为75．73／10万，平均年涂阳肺结核新登记率为23．41／10万，痰涂片阳性占30．91％，男女新登记比例为2．97：1。结论 本区年涂阳病人新登记率低于WHO结核病项目最低发现工作指标，35—45岁组人群发病可能与该年龄组工作奔波紧张、生活环境复杂、压力大有关，55岁以上人群发病将进一步提高。应加大结核病控制项目的宣传力度，提高归口管理；同时加强送检痰液质量监控和检测水平。
