| 摘 要： | 患者男,11岁,右侧足底溃疡伴疼痛2月,加重3周。右足底2cm×3cm大小溃疡,边缘隆起,疼痛明显。皮损组织病理:表皮角化过度,粒层楔形增厚,表皮突呈锯齿状改变,基底细胞液化变性,真皮上部有以淋巴细胞为主的带状炎性浸润。诊断:扁平苔藓。

| Abstract: | An eleven-year-old boy was presented soreness with ulceration on right planter for 2 months and aggravated for 3 weeks.There was 2cm×3cm ulceration on right planter,the edging of ulceration was apophysis.skin lesion was partially tender obviously.The pathological examination showed:pellicle were epidermal hyperkeratosis,granulosa cell wedge-shaped and thickened,apophysis showed serrated and liquefaction degeneration of basal cell,the lymphocytic infiltration on the top of dermal were zonal.The diagnosis of lichen planus was confirmed by histopathology. |
