| 摘 要： | 目的 观察幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染状态下胃粘膜一氧化氮合酶(NOS)活性、胃液一氧化氮(NO)含量的变化，探讨Hp的致病机制。方法 测定12例正常人及40例慢性活动性胃炎患者(Hp阳性24例，阴性16例)胃粘膜NOS活性及胃液NO含量。结果 Hp阳性胃炎胃粘膜NOS活性及胃液NO水平显著高于Hp阴性组与对照组。Hp阳性者抗Hp治疗后胃粘膜NOS、胃液NO水平明显降低。结论 NO可能参与Hp感染引起胃粘膜损伤的过程。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the changes of nitric oxide synthase(NOS) activity of gastric mucosa and nitric oxide(NO) content of gastric juice in patients with infection of Helicobacter pylori(Hp), and to clarify the mechanism of Hp induced chronic gastritis. Methods NOS activity of gastric mucosa and NO content of gastric juice were determined in 24 cases with Hp infection, 16 cases with chronic activate gastritis, 12 normal person served as control. Results The NOS activity and NO content in cases of gastritis with Hp infection were higher than that in patients without Hp infection and normal person, and were decreased significantly in patients after anti|Hp therapy. Conclusion NO may involved in the pathological process of gastric mucosa induced by Hp infection. |
