摘    要:目的探讨腹部照射对小鼠肾上腺的生物学效应的影响,为累及到肾上腺的腹部放射治疗的安全性提供试验参考依据。方法将小鼠分为4组,每组小鼠各给一个剂量点照射,分别为0Gy、6Gy、9Gy和12Gy。运用组织化学和放射免疫学方法观察照射后第3、7、14、30天小鼠肾上腺形态和血皮质醇含量的变化。结果小鼠腹部照射后肾上腺形态和功能发生改变,表现为:照射后第3天肾上腺髓质内毛细血管扩张充血,皮质醇分泌增多;第7天肾上腺皮质体积不同程度缩小,皮质醇分泌较前下降;第14天出现肾上腺皮质球状带细胞的代偿性增生,皮质醇分泌量下降到基础水平;第30天出现肾上腺形态和功能的恢复。结论腹部照射后肾上腺形态和功能发生阶段性的适应性改变,临床上可以利用这种变化特点来最大限度地治疗肿瘤的同时保护肾上腺。

Abstract:Objective To study the biological effect of abdominal radiation in mice on adrenal glands to provide experimental reference for the safety of abdominal radiotherapy involved adrenal glands. Methods The mice were divided into four groups,and each group received abdominal radiation at a dose of 0 Gy,6 Gy, 9 Gy and 12Gy, respectively. The changes of adrenal morphology and cortisol concentration in serum of mice were observed by means of histochemistry and radioimmunoassay at the third day, seventh day, fourteenth day and thirtieth day after abdominal radiation. Results There were morphological and functional changes of mice adrenal after abdominal radiation. The medullary of adrenal glands was congested and cortisol concentration in the serum increased significantly at 3th day after radiation. Atrophy in cortex and decrease of cortisol were observed at 7th day after radiation. Compensatory regeneration of cortex on the background of dystrophic changes was observed and cortisol concentration in the serum decreased to the basic level at 14th day after radiation. Recovery of morphofunction of adrenal glands was observed at 30th day after radiation. Conclusion Morphology and function of mice adrenal have phasic and adaptative changes after abdominal radiation . We can make use of this kind of characteristics in clinical practice to treat tumor with maximum dose endured and protect adrenal glands at the same time.
