以PCR技术为基础的HPV分型检测研究进展

子宫颈癌是妇科常见的恶性肿瘤之一,人乳头瘤状病毒（HPV）感染是子宫颈癌发生的必要条件,因而,运用准确高效的人乳头瘤状病毒分型技术进行病毒分型检测,对子宫颈病变的早期发现和预防以及治疗都显得十分重要。目前,HPV分型检测技术几乎完全依赖于以聚合酶链反应（PCR）技术为基础的分子生物学检测手段,其中在国际上被广泛应用的是杂交捕获法、实时荧光定量PCR、直接测序法、HPVDNA基因芯片技术等。
