小剂量氚内照射13例临床医学观察

目的通过13例小剂量氚内照射临床医学观察,探讨小剂量氚内照射的毒性效应、辐射损伤特点及临床表现.方法分观察组和对照组进行临床医学各项指标观察,且观察组进行3年定期医学随防.结果观察组和对照组在临床表现、血小板、24h尿肌酸/肌酐比值方面有显著性差异.结论小剂量氚内照射临床表现与文献资料基本一致,但持续时间较长,且对血象、24h尿肌酸/肌酐影响明显.24h尿肌酸/肌酐比值可做为小剂量氚内照射的观察指标之一.氚的个人防护有待研究解决.

13 Cases of Clinic Medical Observation About the Small Dosage Tritium Inside Irradiation Damage

Objective By 13 cases of clinic medicine observation about the small dosage tritium inside irradiation damage,a preliminary study to the clinic appearance, toxicity effects, irradiation damage character and mechanism of the small dosage tritium inside irradiation damage were discussed. Methods Sbject observe group and control group were compared in a medical science observation,and the sbject group were followed up a three years. Results Three points of the clinic appearance, 24 h URIC/Cr and blood platelet had significant different between the two groups.Conclusion The clinic appearances are general consistent with the reference's reports that the toxicity effects last more long and has more significant affect to the blood status and the 24h URIC/Cr. So, the 24h URIC/Cr can be used as one of the observe indexes of the small dosage tritium inside irradiation damage. The personal protection of exposed tritium needs more study.
