| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨CAP治疗晚期乳腺癌的疗效和安全性。方法 应用CAP方案治疗晚期乳腺癌 3 8例。初治10例 ,复治 2 8例。结果 全组完全缓解 (CR) 9例 (2 3 .7% ) ,部分缓解 (PR) 16例 (4 2 .1% ) ,总有效率 (CR +PR) 65 .8% ,初治者及复治者有效率分别为 70 .0 %及 64 .3 %。毒副反应主要是恶心 ,呕吐 (71.1% )及白细胞减少 (60 .5 % )。结论 CAP方案治疗晚期乳腺癌有效而安全 ,对复治患者也有较好疗效。
