止痛泵影响腹部手术后患者排气的临床观察

目的　探讨腹部手术后止痛泵应用对患者排气的影响。方法　 30例腹部手术后患者术后应用止痛泵 (观察组 ) ,对其术后胃肠功能恢复、排气时间进行临床观察。随机取条件相同、手术种类数量无差异 ,但术后未使用止痛泵的患者 30例为对照组。结果　观察组术后排气时间与用药量、次数比较差异无统计学意义 ,观察组比对照组术后排气时间明显延长 ,两组对照有明显差异 ,P <0 .0 5。结论　应用止痛泵对腹部手术患者术后排气有影响 ,延长肠蠕动恢复期

Postoperative Use of the Analgesic Pump Affecting Flatulence after Abdominal Operation

Objective To investigate influence of analgesic pump use on flatulence after abdominal operation.Methods 60 patients who underwent abdominal operation were equally randomized into two groups: the observation group who used the analgesic pump,and the control group who did not use the analgesic pump.Results The onset of flatulence was significantly delayed in the observation group as compared with the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Postoperative use of the analgesic pump can significantly affects flatulence of patients undergoing abdominal operation,and prolong the time of intestinal peristalsis.
