动态喉镜在耳鼻科疾病中的诊疗价值

目的　探讨动态喉镜在耳鼻科疾病中的诊疗价值。方法　对临床确诊的耳鼻科疾病或疑有鼻咽部病变者８７８ 例进行动态喉镜检查与治疗。结果　鼻咽部正常８７ 例（９ ．９ ％ ） ，鼻咽癌２０３ 例（２３ ．１ ％ ） ，卡他性中耳炎（ 咽鼓管吹张）１１８例（１３ ．４ ％ ） ，其他疾病４７０ 例（５３ ．６ ％ ） 。结论　拓宽了动态喉镜应用范围，对各种疾病的诊断与鉴别诊断提供了初步依据，为鼻咽癌患者提供完整图像追踪观察资料，为鼻咽癌普查、早期诊断提供条件。图像倍数放大使局部治疗和活组织检查部位更准确。

Value of Laryngostroboscope for the Diagnosis and Treatment in Otonasal Disease

Objective To explore value of laryngostroboscope for the diagnosis and treatment in otonasal disease.Method The laryngostroboscope was used to examinate and treat 878 patients with the definite otonasal and suspect nasopharyngeal lesion.Results Of the 878 cases,nasopharyngeal cavity showed normal in 87 cases(9.9%),nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC) in 203 cases(23.1%),Eustachian tube inflammation in 118 cases(13.4%),other diseases in 470 cases(53.6%).Conclusions Application ranges of laryngostroboscope was enlarged,preliminary basis of the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of some otonasopharyngeal diseases were provided.Entire image observation about follow up,screen and early diagnosis for NPC were offered.Multiplication of image times make local treatment and biospy more precise.
