急性上呼吸道感染病儿尿10项检测观察

目的　探讨小儿急性上呼吸道感染高热对机体的不良影响及尿１０ 项的变化，进而指导治疗。方法　用 ＭＡ ４２１０型电脑化尿液快速分析仪测定１００ 例高热３９ ℃以上急性上呼吸道感染患儿治疗前后及随机抽样１００ 例健康儿尿１０ 项。采集上午８ ～１０ 时新鲜尿液即刻送检。结果　尿蛋白（ＰＲＯ） 、尿血（ＢＬＤ） 、尿酮体（ ＫＥＴ） 两组间阳性率有非常显著性差异（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０１） ，上呼吸道感染病儿治疗前后相比有非常显著性差异（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０１） 。尿ｐ Ｈ 值上呼吸道感染病儿（６ ．３ ±１ ．２）较健康儿（５ ．６ ±１） 有非常显著性差异（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０１） ，但在正常范围内。结论　尿１０ 项检查在一定程度上可反映急性上呼吸道感染高热对机体的不良影响，适当地降温和补充热量是必要的。尿１０ 项检查不能代替尿常规检查。

Observation on Examination of Urine 10 Items in Children with Acute Upper Respiratory Infection

Objective To study the harmful influence of the high fever on body and the change of urine 10 items in children with acute upper respiratory infection,and to guide treatment.Method Urine 10 items of 100 children with acute upper respiratory infection associating with high fever(over 39℃) were determined by MA 4210 type urinalysis instrument with high speed electronic computer randomly before and after treatment and those of 100 healthy children.Results The examination showed that there were significant differences between the two groups in positive rates of proteinia(PRO),blood(BLD),ketones(KET)of urine( P <0.01).There were also significant differences in positive rates of PRO,BLD,KET of urine in the group with acute upper respiratory infection before and after treatment( P <0.01).There was significant difference in urine pH between the two groups(6.3±1.2 and 5.6±1, P <0.01),but it was within normal limits.Conclusions To some extent the examination of urine 10 items can reflect whether the high fever will have the harmful influence on body in acute upper respiratory infection.It is necessary to lower suitably the temperature and to add quantity of heat.The examination of urine 10 items can not substitute urine routine examination.
