肠泰口服液治疗老年脾虚证胃肠病的临床研究

目的观察肠泰口服液对老年脾虚证胃肠病的临床疗效。方法运用肠泰口服液治疗功能性消化不良、慢性胃炎、慢性腹泻、习惯性便秘四种老年常见胃肠病脾虚证（２００例），并设立四君子汤及丽珠肠乐两组对照组（每组各１２０例）。结果治疗组临床总有效率９６．０％，四君子汤组及丽珠肠乐组总有效率分别为７７．５％和７６．７％，治疗组疗效优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论肠泰口服液对老年脾虚型胃肠病疗效显著，值得临床推广应用

Clinical Study on Changtai Oral Liguid Treating Pi Xu Syndrome of Gastrointestinopathy in the Elderly

Objective To observe the effect of Changtai oral liquid on treating Pi Xu syndrome gastrointestinopathies in the elderly.Method There were 200 old patients with Pi Xu syndrome gastrointestinopaphies such as functional dyspepsia,chronic diarrhea,chronic gastritis,or habitual constipation treated with Changtai oral liquid.Besides,there were patients of two groups(each group including 120 cases) as the controls,one group treated with Sijunzi decoction,the other group treated with Lizhu Changle.Results Total effective rates were respectively 96.0%,77.5%,76.7% in three groups.Curative effect of the treatment group was higher than that in the control groups( P <0.05).Conclusions Changtai oral liquid had notable curative effect in treating Pi Xu syndrome gastrointestinopathies of old people,and it was worth applicable clinically.
