先天性胫骨假关节病理与病因探讨

目的探讨先天性胫骨假关节的病理病因。方法对收集的３０例病例，复查其所有临床资料和病理切片并作各种组化染色、光镜观察，进行综合分析。结果本组病例均有骨内神经纤维瘤并含有异源性成分、骨发育障碍、先天性假关节形成，部分病例还伴有皮肤牛奶咖啡斑或其它先天性疾患。结论认为其病因为神经纤维瘤病。

Pathological and Pathogenic Study on Congenital Pseudarthrosis of the Tibia

Objective To investigate the pathology and pathogenesis of the congenital pseudarthrosis of the tibia.Methods Samples of thirty cases were studied with the histochemistry dye and microscopic observation.Clinical data were gathered for comprehensive analysis.Results All of the cases had osteoneurofibroma and heterogeneous composition,dysostosis and congenital pseudarthrosis existed simutaneously,partial cases may had skin milk coffee spots or other congenital diseases.Conclusions It is considered that the pathology of congenital pseudarthrosis of the tibia was neurofibromatosis.
