心脏快速射血期排血量的正常值分析

目的　探讨心脏快速射血期排血量的正常值。方法　将１５０ 例正常成人分成三个年龄组，每组各５０ 例，按非线性公式计算各指标。结果　心脏快速射血期的Ｖｐ 、Ｑｐｉ、Ｖｐ／ＳＶ 以及Ｐ＋／Ｐ－ ，随年龄增大而减小，且青年组与老年组之间有显著性差异（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０１） ；Ｔｐ 、Ｔｓ 、Ｔｐ／ＬＶＥＴ 在各年龄组之间无显著性差异（ Ｐ＞ ０ ．０５） ；男女性别之间，除ＳＶ、Ｖｐ 之外，余指标均无显著性差异（ Ｐ＞ ０ ．０５） 。结论　非线性公式计算心脏快速射血期的排血量和时间参数能够反映心脏射血的基本规律。

Analysis of the Normal Value of Blood Output of Heart in the Rapid Ejection Period

Objective To analyse the normal value of blood output of heart in the rapid ejection period.Method 150 cases of normal adult were divided into three groups by different age,every group includes 50 cases,using non linear formula to measure every parameter of cardiac output.Results With the age increasing,the Vp,Qpi,Vp/SV and P /P - of the rapid ejection period of heart decrease,furthermore,there were significant differences between the younger group and the older group( P <0.01).There were no differences in the three groups about the Tp,Ts,Tp/LVET( P >0.05).And there were no differences between men and women excepting SV and Vp( P >0.05).Conclusions The results showed that the value of blood output of heart in the rapid ejection period measured by the non linear formula may reflect the basic rule of the ejection of heart.
