| 摘 要： | 7d龄纯种伊沙鸡连续皮下注射硫酸庆大霉素10d,用药第4d开始肌肉注射氚标记胸腺嘧啶核苷（3~H-TdR）,于不同时间取出内耳基底乳头进行放射自显影（ARG）观察。发现停药当天组标记细胞多为支持细胞,位于损伤区基底膜上至表层之间,第7d时受损区可见到标记的成熟毛细胞。对照组未见标记的毛细胞和支持细胞,提示庆大霉素中毒后鸡基底乳头中细胞增殖活跃,基底乳头中某些支持细胞作为前体细胞,通过有丝分裂增殖分化为毛细胞。

| Abstract: | Seven-day old chickens were given gentamycin or distilled water for 10 days,all chickens were also injected with 3H-Thymidine(3H-TdR) begining at the fourth day of this period. The basilar papillae were taken and processed for autoradiography (ARG) at different times. It was found that, on the day of drug withdrawal, group labelled cells were in the main supporting cells, located in the damaged region between the basilar membrane and the surface layer. On the 7th day mature labelled hair cells could be seen in the damaged region. No labelled hair cells and supporting cells were seen in the control group. The results showed that there was active cellular proliferation in the damaged auditory epithelia. Some of the supporting cells in the damaged region could be the precursors for regenerating hair cells by mitosis. |
