| 摘 要： | 目的:观察生姜油的抗炎作用。方法:用二甲苯引起小鼠耳肿胀,鸡蛋清诱导大鼠足肿胀来观察生姜油对急性炎症的作用;用小鼠纸片肉芽肿模型来观察生姜油对慢性炎症的作用;观察生姜油对2,4二-硝基氯苯(DNCB)诱导小鼠迟发性超敏反应模型。结果:生姜油明显抑制二甲苯引起的小鼠耳肿胀和大鼠蛋清性足肿胀;抑制纸片引起的小鼠肉芽肿组织增生;拮抗DNCB引起的小鼠迟发性超敏反应。结论:生姜油具有明显的抗炎作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the anti-inflammatory activities of ginger oil.Methods: Anti-inflammatory effects of ginger oil was observed with the model of mouse auricle edema induced by dimethylbenzene and rat paw edema for acute inflammation,and the granuloma hyperplasia model of mice caused by filter paper for chronic inflammation;effects of ginger oil on delayed-type hypersensitivity(DHT) induced in mouse by 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene(DNCB) was also observed.Results: Ginger oil caused a significant suppression of both mouse auricle edema induced by dimethylbenzene and rat paw edema induced by egg white;Ginger oil was effective in inhibiting the mouse granuloma hyperplasia by filter paper;it also produced an inhibition of DHT induced by DNCB in mouse.Conclusion: Ginger oil possessed potent anti-inflammatory activities. |
