PTEN和MVD在胃腺癌中的表达及预后意义

目的：探讨抑癌基因PTEN和微血管密度(MVD)在胃腺癌中的表达及预后意义。方法：应用免疫组化S—P法，检测100例胃腺癌组织中PTEN表达及MVD值。结果：PTEN在胃癌中的表达缺失或降低与胃腺癌浸润深度、淋巴结转移相关。与组织学类型无关。MVD与胃腺癌分期、浸润深度、淋巴结转移及远处转移相关，与分化程度无关。PTEN与MVD呈负性相关。生存期分析显示，PTEN表达缺失或降低与高MVD的胃腺癌患者预后差，5年生存率低。结论：胃腺癌中PTEN表达及MVD值与肿瘤的生长、浸润、转移和预后有密切的关系。联合检测可估计胃癌侵袭、转移，能作为确定胃癌分期、指导治疗及判断预后的指标。

Expression and prognostic significance of PTEN and microvessel density in gastric adenocarcinoma

Objective:To investigate the expression of tumor suppressor gene PTEN protein and microvessel density (MVD) in gastric adenocarcinoma and their relations to the clinicopathologic feaures.Methods: PTEN and MVD in 100 cases of gastric adenocarcinoma were examined by immunohistochemical staining. Results:The PTEN was positively correlated with depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis, but not to the histologic types of gastric adenocarcinoma . The MVD was significantly high in tumors with deep penetration, lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis. The recurrence rate after curative resection in hypervascular group was significantly higher than that in hypovascular group. A negative trend of correlation toward significance was found for PTEN and MVD. The prognosis of patients with lossing or reducing expression of PTEN and high MVD was significantly poorer than that with increasing expression of PTEN and low MVD. Conclusion:The PTEN and MVD are positively correlated with growth, invasion, metastasis and prognosis of gastric adenocarcinoma. They can be predictors for the biological behavior and prognosis of tumor.
