232例老年糖尿病患者降糖药使用分析

目的：探究老年糖尿病患者降糖药使用的临床特点，为临床提供指导。方法：将2012年5月～2012年10月在我院出院的351例糖尿病患者分为老年组、中青年组，统计分析两组降糖药使用情况。结果：老年组和中青年组分别为232例（66.10％）和119例（33.90％）；两组间性别构成和不同糖尿病病程例数等差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）；两组糖尿病病程〈10年的患者使用α-糖苷酶抑制药的例数差异有统计学意义。结论：老年糖尿病患者及其降糖药使用与中青年比较存在差异，临床工作中需要区别对待。

Analysis of the Use of Hypoglycemic Drugs in 232 Cases of Elderly Diabetics

Objective：To investigate the clinical analysis of the use of hypoglycemic drugs in the elderly diabetics to provide reference in clinical practice. Methods：351 cases of diabetics that were released from our hospital during May 2012 to Oct. 2012 were divided into the older group and middle-youth age group,and the use of hypoglycemic drugs between the two groups was contrasted. Results：Among 351 cases, there were 232 cases（66.10% ） in the older group and 119 cases（33.90% ） in the middle-youth age group. There were many differences between the two groups in sex structure and cases of different duration, and there was significant difference in usingct - glucosidase inhibitor in the patients of the two groups, whose duration of diabetes was below l0 years. Conclusion ： The use of hypoglycemic drugs in the elderly diabetics was different from that of the middle-youth age diabetics and they should be differently treated in clinical work.
