门诊精神分裂症患者用药依从性影响因素的Logistic回归分析

目的:探讨影响精神分裂症门诊患者服药依从性的相关因素,并提出相应对策。方法:选择2012年7～9月精神分裂症门诊患者300例作为研究对象,进行问卷调查,对影响精神分裂症患者用药依从性的因素进行Logistic回归分析。结果:精神分裂症门诊患者用药完全依从性仅占40.5%,患者的文化程度、婚姻状况、病程、用药情况、家庭经济状况、家庭成员对疾病的了解及干预等均对用药依从性有影响(P<0.05)。结论:优化治疗方案,加强用药知识的宣传教育、家庭干预及社会关爱,将有助于提高患者的用药依从性。

Logistic Regressive Analysis of Influencing Factors for Compliance of Outpatient Schizophrenia Patients

Objective：To explore the effect of schizophrenia patients with drug compliance related factors to put forward the corresponding countermeasures. Methods：The method of questionnaire survey was used to investigate 300 cases of patients with schizophrenia during July to September of 2012 and the logistic regressive analysis, to analyze influencing factors for drug dependence of schizophrenia patients. Results：The patients with complete schizophrenia medication compli- ance accounted for only 40.5%. The patient＇s age, educational level, marital status, duration of disease, medication, family economic status, family members of the knowledge about the disease and intervention of drug were influencing factors （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：It is important to improve the compliance of schizophrenia patients by optimization of therapy regimen and strengthen the publicity and education, knowledge of medication, family interventions and social care.
