雷贝拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗功能性消化不良41例

目的:观察雷贝拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗功能性消化不良(FD)的疗效。方法:80例FD患者随机分为观察组41例和对照组39例。两组患者均予莫沙必利胶囊5mg,po tid(餐前30min服用),连续服用8周。观察组在此础上加用雷贝拉唑钠肠溶胶囊10 mg,po qd,连续服用8周。随访观察6个月,比较两组临床疗效和不良反应。结果:治疗8周后,观察组疗效显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组出现不良反应2例,对照组出现不良反应4例,症状均较轻,不影响治疗。随访观察6个月,观察组复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:雷贝拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗FD,能持续缓解患者的临床症状,安全性好,复发率低。

Curative Effect of Rabeprazole Combined with Mosapride on 41 Patients with Functional Dyspepsia

ABSTRACT Objective:To observe the curative effect of rabeprazole combined with mosapride on 40 patients with functional dyspepsia(FD). Methods: 80 patients with FD were randomly divided into the observation group and controlled group. All the patients took mosapride capsule 5mg orally, 3 times a day, half an hour before meal for 8 weeks. The patients of the observation group got extra treatment by taking rabeprazole sodium enteric coated capsules 10mg orally once a day for 8 weeks. The clinic curative effect and adverse reaction were observed for 6 month. Results: 8 weeks after treatment, the curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the controlled group(P<0.05). 2 cases of adverse reaction were found in the controlled group, 1 was bellyache and the other was diarrhea; 4 cases were found in the observation group, 1 was rash and the other 3 were diarrhea. All of these symptoms were mild and did not influence treatment. The responders of the two groups were followed for 6 months. The recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the controlled group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Treating FD with rabeprazole combined with mosapride was safe and could relieve the symptom of the patient and reduce the recurrence rate.
