下肢深静脉血栓后综合征临床治疗探讨

目的探讨非溶栓药物综合应用对下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)后综合征的临床疗效.方法42例下肢DVT患者,采用口服阿司匹林、潘生丁;肌注罂粟碱、妥拉苏林;静滴丹参酮、低分子右旋糖苷;上述药物应用10 d,同时应用抗生素7 d.治疗前后观察患者症状、体征,测定肢围,并行多普勒超声检查.结果治疗结束时DVT后综合征治愈8例,显效22例,有效10例,无效2例.多普勒超声检查显示病变处深静脉部分再通26例,恢复通畅8例.治疗过程中,患者无1例死亡.结论下肢DVT后综合征仍然需要强调及早治疗.抗凝、解痉、改善血液流变对于下肢DVT后综合征有较好的治疗效果.

Medication of deep vein thrombosis syndrome of lower extremity

Objective: To discuss the effect of comprehensive drugs treatment on deep vein thrombosis(DVT) syndrome of lower extremity.Methods:42 cases with DVT syndrome of the lower extremity who were taken Aspirin , Agacore,muscle inject Papaverine, Tolazoline;mainline low molecule dextrorotation indican.All of these medicines should be used for 10 days and used antibiotic at the same time. The symptom, sign and determine before and after the treatment are compared with Dopple ultrasound at the same time.Results:After finished the cure of DVT syndrome was 8, the marked effective was 22, the effective was 10,and the noneffective was 2. Doppler ultrasound shew part recanalization was 26 and recanalization absolute was 8 in course of treatment,no one dead.Conclusions: This medication program is good for treating DVT syndrome, the early medication is needed to get a better result.
