| 摘 要： | 目的]总结284例肝炎后肝硬化合并食道静脉曲张破裂出血患者进行内镜下介入疗法的经验。方法]内镜下采用1%乙氧硬化醇(AS)进行食道静脉曲张硬化治疗(EVS)。六连发圈套器结扎治疗(EVL),EVS EVL联合治疗。结果]3种介入方法平均急诊止血率达94.2%;食道静脉消失率为78.3%。结论]内镜下介入疗法是控制食道静脉曲张止血,消除食道静脉曲张的有效方法,操作简单,再出血率低;EVS EVL联合治疗止血有效率更高。

| Abstract: | Objective] Conclude the experiehce through the 284 hepatitis liver cirrhosis patients who merge esophagus varicosity bleeding to carry on under the endoscopy intervene. Methods] Using 1%AS to carry on EVS under the endoscopy,EVL and EVS EVL combined treatment. Results] The mean effect of the three intervene methods are 94.2%, the esophagus vein vanishing rate are 78.3%. Conclusion] The endoscopy intervene which vanish the esophagus vein is effect, operation is easy, rebleeding rate is low; the effect rate of EVL and EVS combined treatment is more high. |
