| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨子宫内膜癌组织中磷酸化蛋白激酶B（P—PKB）蛋白的表达及其在子宫内膜癌发生、发展中的意义。方法：采用免疫组化SP法检测51例子宫内膜癌组织、36例子宫内膜不典型增生组织和20例正常子宫内膜组织中P—PKB蛋白的表达，并分析其与子宫颈癌临床病理因素的关系。结果：P—PKB在子宫颈癌组织中的阳性表达率明显高于子宫内膜不典型增生组和正常子宫内膜组织组（P〈0．05）。P—PKB蛋白的表达与子宫内膜癌组织学分级、临床分期及有无淋巴结转移有关（P〈0．05）。结论：P—PKB蛋白在子宫内膜癌中过表达，可能与子宫内膜癌的发生、发展有关。
