为艾滋病自愿咨询检测者提供人性化服务的做法与体会

目的为艾滋病咨询者提供有关HIV抗体检测的全面信息，使咨询服务做到优质、高效、咨询者满意。方法在自愿、保密的原则下开展检测咨询，提供支持性关怀及转诊服务，在咨询的每个环节均提供人性化服务。结果咨询者中89．86％消除了疑虑、恐惧等心理压力；87．96％掌握了如何避免高危行为和树立健康的行为规范；93．98％了解了艾滋病的传播途径等相关知识。结论艾滋病自愿咨询检测可最大限度发现HIV感染者，有效遏制艾滋病疫情的传播。

Practice and experience of counseling service for the clients with HIV voluntary counseling test
