| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨水通道蛋白8(AQP8)在人鼻息肉中的定位,分析其在该病变水代谢中的作用机制。方法:使用40例成人鼻息肉标本和20例正常下鼻甲标本,制备组织标本,采用SP免疫组织化学技术,检测AQP8蛋白在鼻息肉中的表达情况。结果:AQP8在血管壁及血管窦有较强表达,在腺体中也有表达。结论:AQP8主要分布在与水的运输及代谢有关的结构——血管壁及腺体,它在血管壁和血管窦的表达为鼻息肉形成提供了又一解释;AQP8在腺体的表达,提示它可能与腺体分泌异常有关。 |
