| 摘 要： | 目的通过对重症肌无力（MG）合并胸腺瘤患者外科治疗的回顾性分析研究，探讨合理的围术期治疗方法，以降低手术并发症率和病死率。方法对35例手术治疗的MG患者围术期的，临床资料，包括病史、术前准备、手术情况、术后处理及并发症等进行回顾性分析。结果本组病例缓解20例（57．1％），改善11例（31．4％），无变化3例（8．6％），恶化1例（2．9％）。手术总有效率为88．5％。结论充分的术前准备、合理的手术方式、严密的术后管理是MG合并胸腺瘤患者手术成功的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the effective surgical treatment,and to degrade the rate of the surgical complications and the mortality.Methods The clinical data including the medical record,preoperative preparation,operation,preoperative treatment and complications were retrospectively analyzed.Results The symptoms of all 20 cases(57.1%)were relieved and 11 cases(31.4%)were improved,3 cases(8.6%)were ineffective,1 case(2.9%)was aggravated.The effective rate was 88.5%.Conclusion Satisfying preoperative preparation,re... |
