摘    要:目的探讨溶血磷脂酸(LPA)、血清肿瘤相关抗原125(CA125)、甲胎蛋白(AFP)含量对卵巢癌早期诊断的临床价值。方法早期卵巢癌(Ⅰ、Ⅱ期)患者36例,卵巢良性肿瘤36例,健康妇女36例。用定磷法测定LPA的含量,用电化学发光免疫法(ECLIA)测定CA125、AFP的含量。结果与良性肿瘤组和健康对照组相比,卵巢癌患者的LPA、CA125、AFP含量明显升高(P〈O.001);以单一阳性指标作为标准,对卵巢癌的阳性率分别为86%、67%、31%;特异性分别为94%、75%、56%;联合检验上述3项肿瘤标志物阳性率为92%,特异性为97%。结论联合检测LPA、CA125、AFP对卵巢癌的早期诊断有着较高的临床应用价值。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical value of detection of lysophosphatidic acid (LPA) ,CA125 and alpha fetoprotein (AFP) in the early diagnosis of ovarian cancer. Methods 36 patients with early stage of ovarian cancer,36 patients with benign ovarian tumor and 36 healthy women were enrolled in the investigation. Fixing phos- phorus method was employed to measure the content of LPA,and electrochemiluminescence immunoassay (ECLIA) was applied to determining the levels of serum CA125 and AFP. Results The contents of LPA,CA125 and AFP of ovarian cancer group were significantly higher than those of benign ovary tumor group and healthy control group (P 〈0. 001). As a single tumor maker for diagnosis, the sensitivity of LPA,CA125 and AFP was 86 %, 67%, and 31% respectively, and the specificity was 94 %, 75 %, and 56% respectively. In comparison, the sensitivity and specificity of combined detection of the three markers was 92% and 97% respectively. Conclusion Combined determination of LPA,CA125 and AFP contributes to early diagnosis of ovarian cancer.
